 Bill Hall is a native of Madison County, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. As a law student, Bill was a member of the Bench and Bar Honor Society, John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and Farrah Law Society.
After graduation from law school, Bill clerked for Judge Richard Holmes of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in Montgomery, Alabama. Thereafter, he returned to Huntsville and began the practice of law with the law firm of Berry, Ables, Tatum, Little and Baxter, P.C. For over 20 years, Bill’s practice has included both jury and non-jury civil, criminal and domestic cases.
Several years ago, Bill’s primary focus became the practice of family law including divorce, legal separation, divorce modifications, child custody and grandparents rights. In March 2009 Bill left the firm of Ables, Baxter, Parker & Hall, P.C., to begin his own firm with a concentration on domestic relations matters.
Bill has litigated cases in courts through out North Alabama. He has represented clients before the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals and the Supreme Court of Alabama. Bill is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Family Law Section of the Alabama Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

A native of North Carolina, Casey Cogburn earned her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she received a scholarship for academic achievement. While at Cumberland, Casey was also a member and Associate Editor of The Cumberland Law Review.
Since graduating from law school, Casey has become a member of both the Alabama Bar and the North Carolina Bar. She also clerked for Judge Loyd H. Little of the Circuit Court of Madison County, Alabama.
In 2010, Casey joined Bill G. Hall, P.C., where she focuses primarily on family law issues.
Casey is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the Huntsville Young Lawyers, the Alabama State Bar, and the North Carolina State Bar. |

Born into an Air Force family, Catherine grew up all over the world before deciding to lay roots in Alabama. She graduated cum laude from The University of Alabama and received her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Psychology.
Catherine stayed in Tuscaloosa and obtained her Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Catherine participated in numerous community development programs and received the top grade in the Domestic Violence Clinic as a student lawyer.
Upon her graduation, Catherine secured employment as a law clerk to the Honorable James P. Smith of the 23rd Judicial Circuit. She is also a member of the Alabama State Bar, Madison County Bar Association, and the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers. |
