Davis Cooper Delich is a native of Plano, Texas.

Davis earned a B.A. in Political Science and History at The University of Alabama, where he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, an officer in the Student Government Association, and an occasional columnist at the Crimson White. He spent one college summer in Washington, D.C. as a congressional intern – he’s proud to say he spent the others pouring concrete.

Davis then went on to study at The University of Alabama School of Law, where he was engaged in a diverse set of internships in fields that ranged between criminal prosecution, civil appellate litigation, and administrative law. On campus, he competed on Alabama Law’s national mock trial competition team and served on the student-faculty curriculum committee.

Upon his graduation from Alabama Law, he served as Assistant District Attorney for Alabama’s 39th Judicial Circuit (Limestone County), where he successfully prosecuted crimes from DUI to drug trafficking.

Davis’s wife, Marissa, teaches second grade in Limestone County. Together they have two proud golden retrievers, Lincoln and Ellie. Aside from the Texas Rangers, the Cowboys, and the Tide, Davis’s interests and hobbies include history, playing golf, and fitness.
